Nancy's Words: "This quilt was made for my sweet Evelyn Maria, granddaughter age 9. She lives in Florida. She has down syndrome. She is very sweet and sensitive and loves all things pink and purple. Her whole wardrobe and bedroom are pink and purple colors. It is on her bed. She truly loves it. It was a log cabin pattern. I used cotton fabric, pink and purple and white. This was my fourth quilt with the same pattern. I'm getting better at it since my first quilt. I was a novice sewer and quilter. Love it now.
