Handmade Quilt Care
Now that you've finished your lovely quilt, here are some tips on how to keep it beautiful, soften it more and more, and make it last for generations.
LOVE ON IT
The best way to keep a quilt soft and fluffy is by using it!
WASH IT
Hand or machine wash with COLD water and MILD detergent. You may want to add some color catchers to prevent bleeding of non pre-washed fabrics. Never use bleach.
DRY IT
Air drying makes the quilt fluffy! You can also tumble dry on FLUFF until it is damp and then let it air dry.
REPEAT OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN!
